Hit level 30, unlocked job.. feeling a bit lost and a bit bored

You should focus one job to 50, as when you get to 50 you get a 50% exp increase. There is a lot more to do at level 50..

Why is this misconception so common? You don't need to be 50. I could take a job to 30, go swap to another job and get the 50% bonus up until level 30. You just need 1 battle job higher level than your current battle job to get this bonus. Every player here had this bonus when we had to level our second class to unlock our first job.
