I was unaware of the compatibility issues before pre-ordering the expansion. I suppose that means I'll have to pre-order it again *grumble grumble*.

So What about the Early Access. Will Steam users have early access if we pre-order?
Probably because the non steam version was out a lot sooner for preorder than the steam version. People probably jumped the gun an bought the non steam version not realizing it wasn't compatible.
I'm really unimpressed with how long this is taking. My only options now are hold out and hope they haven't screwed this up somehow, or to spend even more money buying a plain Windows copy of ARR + Heavensward. It sucks, and really just feels like we're getting shafted because we bought through a different platform =/
And what about a DirectX11 client? Nothing about it on Steam.
Contact customer support, ask for cancelling of the Heavensward pre-order, fill desired information.. and voila. Within an hour you'll get email sent by system confirming the cancelling operation.
Soooo......where is it?No, that's not the case. That June 23 date is listing the time that the game is set to launch, not that there are no pre-orders available.
As others have pointed out, the pre-order bonuses are listed in the "Read More" section of the page. We are still planning to have the Steam version available for pre-order, as we have been saying.
The only news I have seen for PS3 or PS4 pre-orders is that the codes are causing issues to the point of needing to completely reinstall the game. The PSN doesn't even recognize Heavensward if searched. I don't know the mix of PC to console players but I would assume that we should be a significant enough number to at least be worthy of an update with 3 weeks to the early access period.
