For an exmaple: lets say that i want the allagan axe (for glamours purpose ) from T5, and im level 60, tried to make farm party for T5 but no luck finding people, join DF >> parties keep failing and when i get lucky and clear after couple of wipes >> RNG comes here with no luck on axe drop, things will get frustrating, and i will have to reque with new people and start wiping again. thats why i was suggesting this system, it allow you to chose 1 piece every month or every couple of months for glamours purpose.

A monthly quest cycle with glamor gear at the end of it is fine. Something that can be done solo, and isn't too grindy for a month. Things like "Visit locations X, Y, and Z and see the sights" "Play a Triple Triad match versus another player" "Visit X Vendor after 5 PM local time and buy a 1000 gil item". Seems like fun, especially if it changed every month.

What I don't like is the idea of raid gear being available as the items. Having Dreadwyrm or High Allagan gear implies a certain level of skill. It says "I cleared, at least, turn 5 or 9" granted, carries exist, and they are easier now, but without knowing mechanics, groups still wipe. Give people glamor. All the glamor, I don't care. Dungeon gear, Hunt gear, Seals gear? Have it!

It feels unfair to people that earned their clears to have "You need to learn X to get Y. X is hard. OR you can sit around for two months, and get Y. Sitting around is easy." It ruins the accomplishment of getting X.
