Confusion about Growth curves for DoL and DoH

By growth curve, I interpret it as the amount of activity required to rank through and how involved it is.

Right now, the trip from about R30-R50 is a terrible, terrible grind. I'm guessing that this is what they are looking at.

R30 to 40 is actually very fast now, especially if you use your regional leves (10-15k total per leve with aspect). Even 40+ is faster than it used to be prior to 1.18 until you hit ~R48-49, then its about the same. Basically you get ~10% per lvl of node over your level, so you typically get 50-100% more SP per swing. With no SP fatigue (you still damage everything after 250 harvests per day), you can really grind the levels up quickly.

I think they actually mean to nerf SP rate on DoL now. Or maybe speed things up in the 40+ range due to lack of Grade 6 nodes. We'll see I guess, but I've found SP grinding on DoL to be very good/fast now compared to before.

They can't do it longer that disciplines of war and magic, since combat classes can exp when they want without any fatigue in place. It's logical assume they'll reduce caps for DoL/H

I'm expecting a nerf. When they buffed DoL in 1.18 they made it too good. Even in the upper 40s I can still get 6-8k per leve for what is sometimes a 3-5 minute leve, which is just ridiculous. More when Sweat of Brow kicks in. If I were 35 doing those grade 5 leves for the first time I'd be doubling that. I'm surprised it hasn't been nerfed already, especially for the lower ranks. DoL are probably the fastest classes to take to 40 now.

DoH is fast too. I level faster now by doing nothing but leves than I was able to when I took my GLD and CRP to 50 pre 1.18 when I grinded. But maybe the upper 40s will still be slow due to the low amount of 50 leves.

I agree that it has gotten a lot easier to rank DoL. However, I wish they would even out the progression more than anything. Once you move up to a new camp, SP is great for the first 5 ranks. For the next 5 ranks, it slows down considerably. It should be a more even procession.

I'm not seeing the problem with SP gains from DoL leves. It's a somewhat fair trade off for having to wait a day for Gathering Fatigue to reset, if you maximize your gathering per day for each DoL, while DoH/DoW/DoM can just grind to their heart's content. If anything, DoL are still getting cheated out of SP gains.
