    Everyone was given a free Fantasia via Veteran Rewards when Female Roe & Male Miquote came around, another freebie was given for people whose characters existed in 1.0 at 2.0 release (didn't need Legacy status to get)

    I'm assuming that with purchase of Heavensward or another veteran reward delivery we'll get another freebie

    I think it's just 10 USD per Fantasia per Character. I don't think alts get them just the one you send it to via the purchase.
    Alts as in different characters on the same account you mean? Every character I've made has had 2 fantasias sitting in mog mail from the Vet Rewards & Legacy gifts
