PS4 registration issues

Hi folks,

I am having issues with my gf's ps4 copy of the game. Starting off, I got the game via Gamestop, new but opened...yea. Inside the case, was 1 12-digit code. I entered the code and got everythign downloaded.

My gf today is trying to log in and its not letting her play, something about no game registered. She has created her SE account via mog station. Is there a step that we are missing?

History:
I bought the PS4 version for myself then added the Windows version so I can play on me laptop with her playing on the PS4. Our end goal, we want to play together on the same server and such.

Any help would be appreciated

Has she verified her email address and created her Square enix account/and the mog station? And then linked that to her ps4 account? I can't remember the process exactly but it took a while for me to get it done >_<

Yes, she has verified her email and created her mog station account. Is there another SE account she needs to create beyond mog station? I havent been able to find where to link her PSN account to her mog station account. It's been a while since I registered, I cannot remeber all the details and steps

If you go to mogstation and then "register service account" you should be able to put the ps4 licence code in on there to activate iirc
