I have been in a situation where it is painfully clear it only takes 2 persons to boot someone out in 4 man content.
If you say 'pls' because it's shorter than 'please', I say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.

I have actually seen people get week long suspensions for abusing the kick mechanic. On my alt the FC was in there was another member who got a suspension for harassing a CT raid gloating about how people just click the yes button on kicking people without really considering. He got the good people kicked just to get a kick out of trolling then a few days later he was slapped with a suspension for harassment. You can bot, cheat and pretty much do anything in this game until you either RMT or harass people. SE is pretty good about harassment.
We ran a CT raid several weeks ago, where one alliance was comprised of nothing but trolls. They pulled bosses before all 24 raid members were in scene, completely ignored mechanics, shouted obscenities alliance wide to any member addressing their behavior, and drew obscene anatomy pictures in chat (can admit this was so pathetic that it made me laugh). We decided to grin and bear it to the bitter end.
Several of our alliance members (all from my FC) chose to report them including me. Within seconds after our raid ended, our FC lead was contacted by moderator. They must have chatted for at least 20 minutes before the cm contacted me. Essentially the moderator just asked me to verify the behavior and names of the players disrupting play. He apologized profusely and assured me that action would be taken after they completed their review. He told me that it was very important to SE for this type of behavior to be addressed and that our player experience to be positive.
As much as it would be an interesting option to kick an alliance, this could be abused as well. I believe the tools we already have address player misbehavior and abuse. Just report and/or vote abandon or leave if the trolling is intolerable. What should be addressed by SE is streamlining the reporting system. We should be able to click on a player and bring up a report menu if needed. And the report menu should automatically take a screen shot of the instance and log the player's names involved. This to me would be more effective then invoking a raid wide kick for another alliance.

I'm actually not suggesting to be able to kick whole alliance, don't really know where that idea came from. My suggestion is that the whole raid could take part in the kick of single player in one alliance. The case that caused me to suggest this was where there was one aggressor at first, but when there was suggestion in /a that he should maybe be kicked, he said "can't do, have 4 FC mates with me" and further on "if you try to kick me, we'll kick the others out". In that case, it would be unfair to even consider kicking the whole alliance, the other players unlucky enough to get to the same group with them suffer as much of their antics. But if everyone's vote counted, instead of just these few unlucky ones, the single aggressors could be given boot.
If you say 'pls' because it's shorter than 'please', I say 'no' because it's shorter than 'yes'.
I was under the impression that's what this was about was giving the other 16 people in the alliance the chance to force out a group of griefers holding the third squad hostage. Not sure how it was taken as kick a whole squad. How would that even work?
