Weaving in an off-GCD skill on the last F1 in your rotation will help you use the possible FS proc while still in AF3; if you still wind up in UI with a proc, then yes, Transpose before using it when you're ready to transition back to AF.

I almost always cast spells back to back with as little downtime between as possible. If I get a FS proc on the last Fire then i usually never see it until Blizzard has already been cast. Call it a slow reaction on my part of you want.
