All Programs > Accessories > Snipping tool.
Just run the benchmark in boarderless window mode and be ready to hit the 'New' in the Snipping Tool program, Click and drag the cursor over the area you want to take a picture of, or alternatively use the 'Full-screen Snip' option in the drop down menu next to the 'New' button
Thanks for the help and with that here he is what do you all think?
And a second image just for fun.....so so difficult to snip at the right moment lol
