Title Restoration for 1.0 Achievements

My Lodestone profile is open. Besides, SE would not need to rely on our privacy settings for access to game info.

I replied to this message repeating the required info - character and server from 1.0 and 2.0 as well as the missing title. They just replied to me with the exact same message. Come on GM's, we Legacy folk supported this game through thick and thin when it was looking very possible that FF14 would fail and go down as a complete blunder. We deserve better than just getting scripted replies with no details as to why requests for information on what seems like it should be a simple matter to resolve is being completely ignored. Please explain to me why clear proof of achievement completion is not sufficient information for getting my 1.0 titles back.

To update, a GM got in touch and said the missing achievement title did not appear on his list. I asked why this would be when the achievement was completed on my Lodestone profile. He said that it may be that I didn't speak to the NPC after completion to receive the title. This was not the case as I specifically remember confirming all of these achievements and titles being completed prior to the final save as it was said that these would no longer be attainable in 2.0 and I wanted to make sure I got this done. Even if there were question about whether I spoke to the NPC (which I know I did), should our title restoration really be dependent on us speaking to some NPC when it is already easily provable that we completed the achievement as seen on Lodestone? We now get titles automatically. How does speaking to an NPC add to our "achievement"?

I agree; though I specifically recall using one of my missing titles (Crystal Bearer) at the end of 1.23.

I really don't see any reason why anyone would be barred from having any of their titles lost just because they obtained them in 1.0 and didn't speak to the respective NPC. Titles unlocked via achievement don't even work like that anymore. It's even more confusing for me, because only two of the five titles that I am currently missing are 1.0 exclusive. Three of them are still obtainable, and are very common achievements / titles, at that.

I also submitted an ingame request, they replied to me and I gave them the required information, they said within one week they will get back to me with the final review.

Your bug report, indeed, did not have sufficient information to investigate. While you may have included the details in your GM Call, please reiterate the following information in a new bug report:
2.0 Character Name
2.0 Character World
1.0 Character Name
1.0 Character World
Title Names

The reason that this information needs to be provided again in the bug report is because it is a separate escalation process, and the people it is being escalated to may not have access to your GM Call details to try to extract those details. Hopefully this helps create a bug report that we can submit for a proper escalation, investigation, and resolution.
