- Get yelled at for not having a high enough iLevel
- Get into a dungeon where dps start pulling extra mobs because they want to finish the instance faster
- Get into groups with people who's ilevel seriously outclass me and they do their best to take aggro off of me so they can bully me into rage quitting.

Play your geared job until until the job(your case PLD) you are switching to is geared. Dropping in an instance at the near minimum to enter is just setting yourself up for a bad time when the average ivl of others in the group are substantially higher or synced. A full Soldiery set can be grinded out in a weekend and possibly upgraded to i110 in a short period of time afterwards. Just don't be that tank where the WHM has more HP.

Hehe, this is actually funny if the tank is in full i90 gear (ilvl exactly at 90) as their HP will be 6622, which is really close to mine as WHM ^_^v But seriously, I know that myself and other healers actually kind of like healing newer tanks as they tend to go more slowly and carefully, as opposed to the i130 ones who think they can pull every single mob group up to the next gated area even with hardly any AoE dps or with dps in the 100-110 geared levels in expert dungeons. Slow and steady is always better than fast and dead...so tank at your own pace and remember that really it is the tank and healer who combined determine the pace of the dungeon -- if the dps give you grief, let them leave and get another instantly. I have a geared NIN, and I say that as both a dps and healer (have a tank too, but not that well geared >.>).
