What time is your preferred in EST? What about start at 10.30pm est til 1.30pm est?

That isn't too bad.... I normally bath my son and put him to bed around midnight EST though which is why I don't like to stop raids cause I have to do it.

If a 10-15min break around that time is ok then 10:30pm EST isn't bad. How many days do you raid ?
