Tells only from friends?

The only reason it's coming from level 1 characters is because there isn't any level requirement. They'll be whatever level they need to be, and currently that happens to be 1, so that's what they are. But it could be any other level and there would be just as many of them. Would you really be happier getting tells every couple minutes from level 15 bots than getting tells every couple minutes from level 1 bots?

While the RMT's will always find a work around, currently, to circumvent the immediate blacklisting and potential banning of accounts the RMT's create a character, spam tell everyone in a zone, then delete the character and create a new character and repeat the process.

If they were required to level up to 10 or 15 levels, then that process suddenly takes a significantly increased amount of time.
