With some luck SE reworked Choco-Medica for 3.0
The Chocobo should not use it the moment he can, but the moment it is needed (if 2 or more are hurt).
Choco-Cure should have a higher priority than Choco-Medica if only 1 is hurt.

Mine is at rank 20 too, but 10/9/10, sometimes it aoeing is quite troublesome, but yea, no aoe heals for it :/

My rank 20 bird does other cure spells often. I'll admit choco medica is awful though.

I wish mine would evade AoE attacks from enemies. He's dead before it occurs to him to heal anything. :/

What I'd like to see happen (but won't) is Chocoraise. Yeah I know OP but what if it had a several minute cooldown, would help when getting low level classes through early ranks of hunting logs aggressively while solo at least. And it would be kinda cool to have your chocobo raise you, maybe with some kind of phoenix animation.

I'm glad this was posted I have a rank 11 Chocobo with max points in Healer and rest in DPS perhaps I will respec that last healer rank to DPS.
