I find this really really annoying. My server isn't really big on progression but that is slowly changing. Theres an fc and several ls's on my server that is dedicated to helping people get their clears. In my eyes, it is kinda pointless to transfer to another server. People please stop doing this. Especially the people that come to a server group/forum just to make snide comments as well -.-
To each their own I suppose. My FC has 20 members that are transfers that I met on these sub forums or reddit. I myself was a server transfer because my original server is much what you described your current one to be.
I do agree on the last part of your post tho.

Theres a guy on my server that likes to be silly and he basically photobomb'd a bunch of ppl in Mor Dhona and posted it on our server forum. Some person from another server was wondering why a mod didn't take it down. He didn't do anything wrong -.-
-Back to the subject- I mean if you are really needing progression for the coils and such then I guess I can understand?? But I mean my server we do have a community that helps people get their clears for FREE. Though there is some fcs that try to sell the turns and primals as well. If there is a group that is willing to help you clear content, then I don't see why anyone would need to transfer. I guess this is the point I was trying to make.

Not all servers share those sentiments. Just because one server has an FC or LS devoted entirely to helping people, doesn't mean they all do.
I've transferred servers multiple times because I would get into FCs that claim to be active and helpful and they end up being ghost towns (meaning no one ever says anything or does anything together) or high-school type cliques full of catty drama.
Not to mention, some servers (as you previously mentioned) have little to no end-game raiding going on. The first server I was on was nothing but hunt parties all day, every day. You never saw anyone wanting parties for SCOB (that was the highest raid back then).
