Eternal Bond Probelm

You don't seem very dedicated to this person if you're ready to hotswap them out for a fill-in.

I am all for the bonding, unfortunately as I stated the person I was to have eternal bond with my character is backing out and he is the one who paid for the plat version of this.

Thank you all for your replies and honestly the GM I contacted directed me to the forums and even the "active help" and was not very helpful at all. So I am stuck with a unfinished Eternal Bond quest at almost the final stage and cannot do anything about it. : /

The only option I can think of is rerolling my character all together and honestly I do not want to do that.

No, if you end the quest, you can eternal bond anyone else, but you would have to pay for it again.

If he paid for it, then you aren't out anything if you just abandon the quest. *shrug*

Apparently you can cancel it by talking to the Sanctum Acolyte.
