Also is it still the case that if i buy the platinum i wont get the items if i marry someone with the free plan? Second not sure but did they have any plans to involve a personal house in anyway with the eternal bond partner?

Based on what I've read while researching it, yes the downgrades still happen. If your bond partner can't pay you CAN pay for them though. If you want.

As Rhy stated, the plans have to be equal or it takes both down to the lowest tier used.

They're looking into sharing personal housing with your EB partner, but they don't have any announcements on it just yet.
