    Collecting Dungeon Mats for Zodiac

    As I've been grinding this for several days I had to bring up the question, do you still get the dungeon drops if you select "Join Party in Progress"? So far I have 9 mats and haven't tried this. If so, it seems like a faster option.

    Yes you can join in progress as the drop is at the very end.
    Best of luck as this part of Relic is a loooong grind

    Mats are given upon completion. so Joining an in progress will still give u a chance to get the item

    Yep. The drop goes into your inventory as you leave the instance, so it works.

    You'll hear a "click" just like if you got the item for ex roulette.

    Yes you do get it from In Progress. You only need to be present for the kill on the final boss of the dungeon.
    In Progress is always faster to get in for anything.
    It only doesn't help when you join a failing group that cannot complete the duty. That is uncommon for most of the relic duties, but still possible. I'm looking at you, Aurum Vale!

    I always have 'join in progress' checked, but it almost never happens (as a tank). The times it does happen I tend to find that it actually takes longer than playing from the beginning usually takes. Probably the reason the previous tank left.

    1 or 2 weeks ago I joined in progress Amdapor Keep at the endboss. Killed the endboss and got my key item ^^
