    They already explained that they won't do a refund on daily cactpot due to a disconnect its to stop people from dcing and gameing the system if they don't get one with a good row.

    And that's why I said "get your lost ticket back, with the same fields revealed that you scratched up." - so you CANNOT game the system, because you'll just be back exactly where you disconnected at.
