Going to be selling our FC

Hello everyone! I'm the FC leader of Crimson Ravens. I joined CR over a year ago, and then everyone that was in the FC transferred to another server and I inherited leadership. The FC is rank 8, came with a small house, and some of the cool crafted items. We now have more members and are working our butts off to buy a large house.We're thinking we'll try to sell the FC and house. I'm thinking we'll sell for the price of the land plus a valuation for the items in the house, but how much should I add for being at rank 8? I think it should be worth a decent amount since it takes time to get there, but we can't decide on a fair valuation...

You can always just buy a Lag House and keep the FC o.o

There's no added value from being rank 8. That can be done in about 2 days by a maxxed out crafter for little to no cost. (it DOES cost money, but most of it is recovered)
I'd say add a million or two max for that.. But really, it's up to how rare houses are on Coeurl that you'll get paid for your FC.. Forget the FC, you're just getting paid for the house. If there are no plots left on your server, it could be worth as much as 10, 15, even 20m gil.

If there are plenty of smalls and mediums, then it's worth less than the cost of plot..



I think OP's trying to get rid of the FC altogether and start a new one with the current members.

Right - but there are some available - which makes your plot not worth anything at this time.

Thanks for sharing. Sadly my guild is still short on being able to afford one of those small plots.
