I've been too lazy to write a guide but I've managed to find the conditions to get all chests after defeating a mob.

- Find all 6 treasure chests on the way.
- Clear the dungeon under 30 minutes.
- Unlock all three magitek devices.
- Clear all mobs on your path (might be a slight less) <- Must open northern door (green on OP's map) and go clean behind southern door (blue) if you want a clear on Shaula.
- Kill boss (adds don't need to be killed first, focus on the NM).

All you need to do to get 4 chest at Shaula is:
- Find all 6 treasure chests on the way.
- Clear the dungeon under 30 minutes.
- Unlock all three magitek devices.

You don't need to kill any mobs outside boss room.
