Finally got the time to run the benchmark myself!
First run was with Maximum settings - which I will definitely not use (Even before running the test I knew that I wouldn't use it)
Now with custom settings, which are as close as possible to those I use when playing 2.x
The .txt-files say that the max. benchmark ran at ~38fps while the custom one ran at ~55fps. I use to play with locked 30fps which leads to my next point: The usage of my GPU and CPU during the benchmark(s).
My CPU was overall dozing, except for the loading screens where it woke up. At the meantime, during both tests!, my GPU was crying for help.... at 99% usage D: (I am using GPU-Z to check that)
I notice this while playing 2.x as well, which is why I keep it at 30fps, because that cuts down my GPU usage to like 30-40% or so. I sure hope that they won't take out the "lock fps"-setting for the Heavensward client...
Forgot to add something: Didn't run it on my SSD, if that makes a difference. (I plan to use it for Heavensward ofc)
Yes, I play at that weird resolution 8D

i just hope AMD release some new drivers for heavensward, i wonder why a friend with my PC (he changed GPU 2 years ago to R7 265x) is getting worse results than me running an old 5850hd , i laugh at him becuase while he could play Shadow of mordor at high , and watchdogs at high too i was having some fps issues D:

My score with my m18xr2 alienware with dual gtx575m was 5235........ then I replaced them today with dual gtx980ms. New score....... 12950.... =3

Well, when I updated my drivers, got like 69xx, almost 7000. But I want a bigger number, not because of the e-peen but because I want an stable FPS number even during stressing GPU moments (Flashy stuff everywhere, a lot of sprites on screen, etc) My processor is kinda old too. I think I need to replace everything. D: I'm running the game with a i7 2600k (Not OC'd) with a GTX 660 ti OC II edition. I'm not sure if I should get that score in a first place. However this game (or the benchmark at least) looks more GPU dependant. So if I buy a GTX 970 which is truly affordable in my country, I might be able to increase that number by a noticeable margin. But I gotta wait for like 2 months before I can buy it. Just in time for the expansion!
