Add a Parser that only the player can see.

Simple thing to do is just throw in a personal parser, and add a server leaderboard system in game that is visible for each instance.

That way you can look up t10 and see, lets say the top 10 DPS parses for that turn by class, you don't see anything below top 10 so no one can look you up and say hey you suck, and no one can see your parse, but you CAN see those who are at the top.
They get bragging rights, everyone in game has a point of reference as to what DPS they can aspire too (obviously as gear gets better it goes up) and it also becomes a bit of a fun mini competition to beat those at the top and people have a reason to get better, so they can see themselves in the top 10 and get some server recognition

Can go one step further and say it must be a clear for the parse to count, so people don't get slack on mechanics to pad out DPS.
