Hmm..maybe? But remember the cutscene of the 2 Lalas from the mining guild that called their chocobos? They did not use a whistle. They used their fingers as whistles....interesting if we can do that in game like a clickable "Call your chocobo" icon and then an animation of your character using fingers to call the chocobo... now that more realistic looking and not boring as having an "issued-whistle" that's too predictable

My wish from SE:
I want you to be able to raise your own chocobo.
Taking care of it.
Train it to gain higher speed, longer riding-time, easier to find items while digging, and be able to give it color and armour.

Later on I would also like a Chocobo Knight job, and a racing job.

Ever since I saw the opening trailer and seeing that chocobo I was hoping that when chocobos were introduced that they would have some sort of storage that come along. If the dev team isn't working on this they should be.

That being said, if storage space for chocobos is planned upon release PLEASE don't make the mistake of having your loot lost if you get knocked off your chocobo. Not saying the dev team had plans to do this but if they did it would be a VERY bad idea.

Same here, CupDeNoodles =) The trailer really made me hope that they would play a bigger role than just as transportation. Having them alongside you on the field as extra storage would be fantastic.
