Not really, so far the ppl I knew that got the EU version, got them from GMG, which they have to use VPN to buy. Some can, others got blocked during payment.

I'll wait until release then.... I'm not really rush to pre-order with all this hassle method.
4 days early access doesn't mean a thing to me because my play time is not that much on weekdays anyway.
I buy ARR PC Download version from third party seller, but I wish to have a hard copy that I can display on my rack.
Especially they give dragon statue with that pre-order, actually I feel bit disappointed about that.

Same here I just checked GMG, the Digital CE now cost 49.99 pounds with a code -20%, will cost around S$82 (-_-. So... NOPE..
