Tested it and it occurs on both a wired and wireless connection. I also tried pinging several different servers on SE's end and most of them are showing packet loss anywhere from 1-10%. It's 100% SE's fault, I swear to you I was online and raiding the exact second before SE's maintenanace, and the exact second after, having a broken leg and all, I was playing for like 3 weeks straight lol. It started happening exactly at that second. Also, I literally gave Hell to my ISP and they did all they could swearing that it's the service's fault. Everything else is working 100% correctly. Every single service/device/streaming/all together at same time.

Fix it SE. You can't leave it like this after getting our money for 24 months when your service worked perfectly.
