The Korea was an example of a country that was originally going to have access to the game but due to a law didn't end up having it and is locked from buying or connecting. A major reason that they are blocking the sale to south east Asia is to prevent Chinese citizens from playing on non Chinese server. For several laws pertaining to morals and gaming laws that have been imposed.
Also the term Geo-blocking is normally only used in terms of media not in terms of regional sales. This is region locking of game accounts to Eu, NA, JP,and CN. If you are outside the official support area's you will have to wait for physical copies of the game to be imported. Digital goods are still not a right to you in any way you look at it. If that import cost more that is the cost of bring that product to your region there is overhead in shipping and licensing.

Source please. You still have not mentioned a single country in the south-east Asia area as an example but I know geography is hard for Americans. I'll make this easy for you because you keep on throwing a dart on a map of the world and picking a country as irrelevant as the last: What exactly in Singapore law is the issue here? Saying singapore can't have the game because of China is about as geographically relevant as saying that the United States can't have something because of Panama.

Oh my gosh. This only proves you have no idea what you are talking about.

SEA is not part of China and China is also not a part of SEA. The only country with a Chinese majority is Singapore and their population is very small compared to other SEA countries. And there is absolutely no such "moral and gaming" laws that you mention besides laws on online gambling. Please know what you are talking about before spouting nonsense.

know this is only an issue when ordering from the EU vendors for people that have account linked to EU account. Also i would like you to know that
because SE has the game Cross platform with play station Sony has a'lot of say where and for how much PS4 can be sold for Because they must have
their cut. And seeing as it is 4am here ill leave it at that because i don't have any more time for some one like you Sarcasm you have the mindset of a socialist

Holy crap. Taiwan is not a SEA country. Please stop. What the heck has PS4 and Sony has got to do with this? And what socialist mindset are you talking about. Most likely you get the EU version, EU here is Europe not European Union.
