EU version is also up on play-asia if anyone is using that. Currently they only have physical copy of PS4 and PC version for preorder.

This is not a new problem and has happen to ARR sometime after launch if I am not mistaken and if during that time nothing was ever done about it for customers in not in the NA/EU/Japan, I doubt they will do anything about it now. Strangely NA does not have this restriction, so yeah must be an EU thing.

Yup, NA doesn't have issue. They were even able to send an SMS OTP to my SG mobile number for payment verification (not from your bank for the Visa 3D Sercure/Master Secure thing, the SMS is from SE itself).

I bought the 60 days time card as well for my friend who started playing a month ago for that dual ride chocobo. Pre-ordered Heavensward NA as well. NA store doesn't have the nonsense from EU store.

The restriction only from EU side... OMG can I transfer my EU acc to NA?
I don't mind buying new copy but I want all the data from this EU account are transfer to NA is that possible?
I don't want to start from scratch, the grind and RNG is pain and 3rd party way purchasing method kinda annoy me.

I doubt you can, you are pretty much f**ked once you are on EU account.
