Know your concern though not sure if it is worth it for them to go back and add in a fifth plate for all levels as a lot of people are beyond that content already...

It is only using 1 leve plate out of the 42 allowances you get per week for 1 battle/crafting leve... not a big deal

And then the crafters are going to yell that they should get two more so they can do it too. Not to mention the poor fishermen....

I think instead of adding in a 5th type of gatherer leve, the simpler solution here would simply be to reduce the Challenge Log requirement.

All in all what this comes down to is being able to have some better control over what class receives the Challenge Log exp, which I think is totally fair.
