    Chocobo Race Queueing issue?

Is this a glitch or just me not knowing what to do? The queue for the race pops, and I accidentally click away (circle on the controller) and close the window. I cant bring the window back! It's not in the duty finder options, there isnt a little flag on the side that I can click on and when I talk to the NPC they only give me the option to withdraw and re-enter. I know the timer is still there cause If i dont do anything eventually i get the warning message that I have withdrawn from the duty.

Is this a glitch? Can the make Chocobo racing a part of the Duty finder list since we cant do anything else while we are in a queue? Why is this separate?

Because you aren't always queuing with players. Depending on the time of day you could be racing against 7 NPCs.

So? It shouldnt matter. Do it the same way it is now and just put it in the Duty Finder under its own Category: Golden Saucer.

Also there is a red flag you can select in your active quest widget, just like any fate.

It takes 15-20 seconds on average to queue a race regardless of how many people are doing it, and they lock access to it via the counter intentionally.

because they wanted that you have to stay in gold saucer at the chocobo square i think xD the races are also only with people from your server, not your server cluster (like in duty finder) and you can use /tell while on race. it's a different system.

I'm not 100% sure on how it is with the controller UI, but I'd imagine the active quest list still shows you the race queue notification (it won't be anything but a line of text). You just have to click that, as you would any other quest to have it pop open the details/map location. I'd imagine that since the system is different (you only queue locally, rather than across the data center), it's treating it similar to a leve, minus the fact it's not a quest. They really could use a slightly more friendly approach on it, but it's not that unusual, since the same functionality has always been there for any other queue window.

Yeah I figured that out when I finally saw another player in a race, and I'm like 'Yeah time for some legit griefing!' and I hit them with graviball and use briar caltrops on them (since I guess the game wanted me to be able to grief someone too and it kept serving those items up)... I won the race and then there is the player standing right next to me. Awkward...

I tried it a few times myself an hour ago, working fine for me,the race window goes away but i just have to click on right side(top of the quest list) of the UI where it says "chocobo races" and the window comes back up again.I'm on ps4.
