I definitely think the dragon marked 1 is Nidhogg as well, for the reason Anonymoose stated: very clearly one-eyed. The Benchmark Black Dragon is featured here too, but I have a feeling he (#4 or 5?) is another beast entirely. We won't know until Heavensward probably, but I feel like the Dravanians may be a little more complex than "bad guys" than the Garleans were.

Looking at the first picture.

Nidhogg appears rather regal in that drawing, and doesn't particularly look like he's getting ready to fight, despite what I presume to be the WoL and Estinien in front of him, along with Iceheart.
