The Square Enix store does not support Greece for Physical Copy delivery. I checked for myself. However they support Digital Download. If you don't care about the 130 euros Physical CE Box then you can buy Heavensward from SE store as a digital and download it. I think there are few more countries in Europe except Greece where SE does not support delivery of physical boxes. You can buy the Physical Box edition from any EU online store like Amazon or you can wait for Greek retailers to bring the game.
