The most SE could do, anyway, is tell you to look to your local retailers for imports that they take part in. That's what they told people in another thread to do when they tried ordering the expansion for their platform from a certain area of the world that is not located within Europe, Japan, Germany or the US.

I won't comment for merchandice that have in-game items tide to them and how them not being available to tons of players equals a brake of that promise, but the game itself??? Plus, the Physical PS4 Collector's Edition is available on Amazon USA, why not Amazon UK at least?

SE may be the publisher, but Sony requires extensive licensing and distribution rules to be followed, in order to allow SE to make Heavensward for the PS4. Sony wants its cut in the game profits. Its actually the same reason we don't have a pre-order yet for Steam customers.

What are you talking about? Again, it's up on Amazon USA, and Square Enix's own frigging store in both US, EU, and JP for PS4.

He can make all the promises he wants, but the fact stands that the game/expansion is mainly supported, both in operation and in sale, in the 4 supported regions I mentioned earlier.

SE doesn't have dedicated venues for other places in the world, at least not yet (if they plan to expand to those other regions, assuming otherwise). This is why they tell players that import the base game or purchase the game from retailers that import the game in certain languages to refer to those local retailers for news on the expansion and the possibility that they could import it.

They made it sound like it's not a sure-fire thing, but that's, unfortunately, the way it is for now.

They made the PS4 version, standard and CE (soon, digital) available on their main sites because those are the supported regions. Amazon US distributes in whole to the US; Amazon UK mostly to the UK. The fact that it's missing on the UK site is probably because they just haven't gotten around to putting up there, yet (assuming you imported the game from there or it has the base game on sale there right now).

SE said they'd announce more details regarding certain versions of the PS4 CE. If they haven't said anything regarding availability in certain regions by then, then I would worry.

N-no you got it wrong.
Amazon is like a store (wait, it is a store.)
It sells stuff that it's licensed to. In this case, USA/CANADA and stuff.
It's not available in your region because either Amazon or whatever retailer you're trying to buy it off does not have the correct authority to, Sony isn't giving the A-OK to sell it in your region, or even SE hasn't obtained any permits/license from Sony to sell the PS4 version in the UK.

And where do you think Greece is? You say supported in USA. Japan, Europe, and.... Germany.

So, they woudn't need dedicated venues for the rest of the European countries that are in the European Unionn nor "expand" because they are supposed to already support Europe officially. So, I expect them to keep their promises and their end of the deal. We keep ours (subscription).

Something else. Amazon UK does not ship only in UK, it ships in European Union freely.

The other thing is also that "A Realm Rreborm" Collector's Edition was available here locally. So, it's natural to assume the expansion would be too especially after Yoshi-P's promises, and I don't want to think they hooked us first and abandoned us later.

And if they are indeed going to allow retailers to carry it, that's why this topic exists, to get confirmation at least from official source, so I won't go and dump 300 Euros on an ebay scalper from UK that has access to the Square-Enix Store.
