No, Bahamut would need that. Assuming we've killed him "For good" in coil (Or he's just poofed if coil isn't canonised) then why the heck would WE bring him back. No there are many things the dragons know that we don't. So ALL of celestial dragons could be able to make new corporeal vessels upon death for all we know.

Maybe, but that would imply that pretty much any dragon can be reincarnated as long as their spirit is lingering in the world and there's enough aether. Admittedly that's a definite possibility given how Middy resurrects dragons during the fight against him (albeit as phantoms), but I don't find that likely.

As for why we'd want or need to resurrect Bahamut...? Given his animosity and rage, I can't think of a solid reason right now. Perhaps we need to win the Celestial Dragons' favor, or to convince them all to stop the Dragonsong War, or their assistance to prevent the next Calamity; can't do that if Bahamut's taking a dirt nap. Maybe his defeat at the end of the Coil and time existing only in the aether has soothed his rage (not counting on it). Or maybe the Dravanians will do it. Since we don't know if the primal Bahamut and the Wyrmlord / Celestial Dragon Bahamut are one and the same, it's possible Wyrmlord Bahamut doesn't have the animosity primal Bahamut does, or is otherwise more reasonable.

There's just not enough information to do much more than speculate.

First thing that came to my mind when they showed we're somehow getting a dragon mount.
