In 3.0 can we have some more wands and magic shields?

i use to run with wands everything cause i like having a shield but theres only relic staff so i gave up on them

Not if there is an equal staff alternative. It's not impossible to have both.

Yes if they added a staff with the exact same stats there wouldn't be an issue.

Well, there would be an issue in that you need two items instead of one. That being said, they just need a better glamour system that allows single slot and multi-slot items to be compatible. Hoods, full body suits, and wand/ shield combos need love.

Personally I really dislike having to use a shield/wand combination for WHM.

The small amount of BLMs and WHMs I know also dislike them. ^^;;;

More options are great, just I'd rather not be locked into them.

Wand/shield is terrible. What, do you want a wand/shield AND a staff at every single level? You really want to have to hunt down both a shield and a weapon to get the same stats as you would get from a staff? I understand liking the way wands look (I don't agree, but I understand), but logistically, it's a complete nightmare and we'd be way better off only having one kind of main arm. There's no stat difference between staff and wand/shield other than you need to get a shield as well, and which kind of weapon you get magically flips around at some levels. It's... awful.

Unless they make wands glamourable to staff's I vote no... (remember T5 Wand? no one can even glamour it right now so its 100% useless!)
