Deep Vigor II / Brunt Force II - Increases the chance of obtaining regular or HQ items to 100% and increases the Yield by 2. Can only be used after Chain #5. (0 GP)
Prospect II / Triangulate II - Surveys the land for mineral deposits and rocky outcrops / mature trees and lush vegetation and adds their locations to the map. (Toggle ability, 0 GP)
All or Nihil / Reckless Abandon - Switches percentages of obtaining regular and HQ items. Cannot activate Sharp Vision III/Field Mastery III while this ability is active. (100 GP)
Traits:
Enhanced Stealth IV - Increases the range of enemies avoidable when using Stealth to level 60.
Master of the Land - Automatically activates Prospect II, Triangulate II, Sonar II, Truth of Forests, Truth of Mountains, and Truth of Waters when class is changed to Miner, Botanist, or Fisher. Must have Prospect II, Triangulate II, Sonar II, Truth of Forests, Truth of Mountains, and Truth of Waters as abilities.

Golden Net - Increase Fishing and Mooching Yield by 1. (Duration: 240s. 300 GP)
Golden Net II- Increase Fishing and Mooching Yield by 3. (Duration: 240s. 500 GP)
Golden Net III - Increase Fishing and Mooching Yield by 5. (Duration: 240s. 700 GP)
Perfect Cast - Increase probability of catching an HQ Fish to 100%. Does not work while mooching. (Duration: 240s. 300 GP)
Perfect Cast II - Increase probability of catching an HQ fish to 100%. Does not work while double-mooching. (Duration: 240s. 500 GP)
Perfect Cast III - Increase probability of catching an HQ fish to 100%. (Duration: 240s. 700 GP)
Truth of Waters - Further surveys the landscape for unspoiled fishing holes. (Toggle ability. 0 GP)
Toil of the Sailor - While fishing, you may select a specific non-mooching fish previously caught. Probability of catching that fish is increased to 80%. (Duration: 15 minutes. 500 GP)

Terminology and Errata:
Unspoiled Fishing Holes: These are fishing holes that are, like unspoiled nodes for Mining and Botany, only be accessible in a secret location for a limited time. Unlike unspoiled nodes, however, these will be active for 12 in-game hours, or 30 minutes.
Toil of the Sailor: I designed this ability to act similar to how Mining and Botany act already, but making it impossible to fish for "unknown" species, instead imparting the experience a fisher has with catching a specific kind of fish while avoiding all other types through using special techniques.
Master of the Land: As someone who has mastered all three DoL jobs already, I would personally find such an ability convenient. However, for those that don't, these abilities can be disabled by right-clicking on them or however players with controllers would otherwise remove buffs.
