I dunno about everyone else but this was the first thing that caught my eye..

This is a provisional version actions of Dark Knight that test used till the end of 2014 summer.

So... this info is basically over a year old. Alterations, modifications and complete overhaul/changes could have happened between then and now. That's what I get out of this.

It was a joke post, the JP trolling us NA/EU players hard.

First is was the Chinese peepee-ing in our coke...now its the Japanese troll-olling in our MMO. (well technically their MMO, since they made it but...semantics...and 'Murica!)
