True. It's already happened on this very issue. They've made a complete reversal of their earlier position that the jobs would be available regardless of story progression. Now people are waiting to see whether they'll flip back again.

When you put the two stories side by side like that....that is a VERY massive mistranslation on the author's part originally lol. How they got "You'll be able to use them at any time, I'd recommend leveling as one of the new jobs while catching up on the story" from the actual response is beyond me. That's Yahoo Journalist level.

Precisely, this proves it was never one plan later reversed. In light of this evidence, it is easy to presume that SE always intended for these three jobs to be more difficult to earn.
