FFXIV has a lot of trust issues, same can be said irl, i don't trust anyone besides myself.
Anyways, anyone else get the Samurai vibe from Ilbert?

It's funny that it always bothered me aswell that everybody let a teenage boy boss then around. What's even more funny is that almost no other players complaint about this. If he grew up prehaps it wouldn't be too bad. I wanna see an adult Alphinaud and more badass too, the boy can't fight, can't lead, why is he even a central character in the story?I always hate those midgets of Ul'dah. the game should've allowed me to kill all of them instead of running away and get all the Scions killed.
ps. and the only surviving member of the Scions, Alphinaud, I hate this guy and he should be the one who died. hope he'll get killed in the future patch. people are so stupid for allowing this kid to order them to do everything. why? the guy can't even fight by himself.
Because he's Lousioux's grandson. Alphinaud wanted to continue what his granddaddy started, but he lacks the experience to do so. He has the vision, but not the power to make it into a reality. It's only after everything goes to hell that realizes how much of an idiot he was being. We still have all of 3.0 to explore and see where the story takes him.

What happened to his sister? Haven't got this far, and don't think I will, so feel free to spoil me.
