Have you considered using Sea Breeze Summer Halter? It's not plain but I think it would match both colour and theme better.

I finally snatched the poetics coat for my BLM. The glamour is nothing special and the boots don't match, but I can't find any better-looking thighboots.
(Wolfseye would be perfect, but it'd take years of 40-min PvP queues to rank to 32...)
