Thank you, but I changed my mind about contacting them. It won't really fix anything. It was more out of "why?", but the more I think about it, the last thing I want to see or talk to are players like that.

Another reason would be that the those guys heard that another dps from their FC needed to do that dungeon so they kicked to get that person in.

I don't think that contacting them would help or solve anything. There are only a few reasons why they have done it. Either you did something bad, they did something bad and rather blamed you or they were trolls.

Next time report them ingame for abusing votekick and explain the situation to GM or let it be. You will meet good players, you will meet bad players (I don't mean bad as noobs but bad in behavior).

Yeah, I changed my mind about contacting them. It was definitely not something I did. The other DPS was a little higher geared than me as my iLv is 105 with my only i130 armor being my body. Legs and feet are i120. Everything else is i100 or i110, except 2 accessories at i90.

I can see trolling if what you're saying about your armor is true. The monk could have easily just pulled back and purposely watched the healer die, though this is all conjecture. I would just report them.

They didn't wipe the fight, even if they said mechanics mid-fight newbies tend to not read and play at the same time even veterans tend to do that. either way kicking a person from duty for failing at something and at the same time still winning the battle is considered abuse of the vote kick and harassment which is a reportable offense.

Only legit vote kicks are: player being an ass, player trolling the fight making wipes, player afking/locked out on purpose without saying anything.

No one said anything in chat and I was attacking it. I always switch target to that when someone is eaten. Moment healer got ate I switched targets, as I said, but DPS was unusually low, then I saw the 1 marker go up on it, which was weird as I thought that both DPS were attacking it and not just me.

Sounds like the other dps goofed, blamed you, same-FC-bias kicked in, you got kicked. Another classic example of vote kick abuse and apathetic inconsiderate humans proving the monkeysphere right if that's how it happened.

You could try reporting them, it won't do any good though. Believe it/agree with it or not, SE has stated that they do not get involved in "player disputes or disputes resulting from differences in playstyles." So basically, they won't help you if you're abused via the vote kick feature. Differing playstyles and player disputes can basically cover every reason for kicking.

Vote kick abuse has happened to me several times, and I've witnessed it happen to others many times, so I know from experience how it feels and that justice won't be done based on research I've done as a result of the experiences. I'll even post the GM quote to show you if you wish.
