It wouldn't be World of Darkness without aggro wars. Sometimes, it feels like watching my niece and nephew fight over who gets to play with the toy first.

I like the part when they aim The Stare at an Hour Glass. Or when they die to Mortal Gaze.

Old saying I know, but if you want something done right...

At the end of the day though, Tuskino is right. Warrior is my 1st alt after Dragoon, and that was what I did the 1st 6 weeks of WoD on. I know how to keep Angra centered, and how to pull 5 headed dragon correctly. Most tanks like to just charge in on 5head and center it instead of pulling from the back and getting it to the wall so the alliance can actually dodge some attacks. But healers don't suck nearly as bad for whatever reason as they used to... when I was doing it, I'd Holmgang on CoD and sit at 1 HP the whole duration, and then die immediately after it wore off. And this was with no stacks of vulnerability.

The number of times I've seen players constantly compete for aggro on bosses in these fights is ridiculous. If it's not trigger-happy bards and Black Mages pulling the thing, it's tanks remaining in stance and spamming provoke because they can't keep aggro for more than a few seconds before some better tank steals it away.
Pro tip, if someone else is tanking without losing aggro - leave them to tank. If aggro is a convoluted mess and you're equipped enough to deal with it, then provoke it and tank it properly. It only needs one player to take charge.

It's not that so much as the fact that nobody wants to main tank until someone else starts doing it. Then it turns into a dick-waving contest with the other two tanks showing off how good they are at peeling mobs off of the "crappy noob tank can't hold aggro".The number of times I've seen players constantly compete for aggro on bosses in these fights is ridiculous. I often wonder with the fact that they spam Provoke even when they have aggro or in cases when the target is immune to Provoke if they have Provoke macroed into their rotations for some stupid reason. The number of times I've seen players constantly compete for aggro on bosses in these fights is ridiculous. No. Nothing become immune to provoke. They just waste it and when the lose aggro, they can't get it back... Some people still spam provoke like they're playing FFXI... A lot of the tanks in the system right now have probably never had to do a fight with a tank trade, so they don't know to have level 3 of their enmity combo ready to go after provoke.
