Increased Droprate for Onion Knight/Puff of Darkness?

Since 2.0 came out we've seen increased drop-rates for pretty much everything to make them more attainable. From Mirrors of the Whorl to Mount Whistles to Relic quest items, pretty much every aspect of the game has been adjusted to make obtaining stuff easier. However the Onion Knight and Puff of Darkness minions have remained the same terrible% drop-rate which you have to roll against 24 players to obtain.

I finally managed to get the minion, after countless, approximately 250+ runs of WoD, resulting in my having every single piece of gear before the minion.

Bearing in mind WoD/ST can take anywhere from 5 mins, if you join in-progress on Cloud, to 90 mins+ with a bad party from the start, with an average of probably around 35mins the 10%?ish droprate combined with rolling against 23 other players is just rather silly, in comparison to other "vanity" drops like the minions from the Hildibrand trials (100% drop, vs 7 players, 5 min runs) and the mounts from Primals (15%? Drop vs. 7 other players, 5 min runs) it seems rather absurd these 2 minions remain so low, for duties that take so long and have you rolling against so many players.

I vote increased drop rate, and dropped directly into your inventory. Not having to roll on it.
When this content becomes irrelevant, we can only dream to get it...

I would imagine it's going to stay low until a new 24-man raid comes out.

Eh, I say just drop one Onion Knight per run, same with the Puff. Make sure that someone who already has it won't be getting it again whether rolled or dropped directly into the inventory.

I have both, won't mind if everyone else gets it too. It's just a wee minion.

I thought the Onion Knight drop rate was pretty good. I got 3 already, some in my FC have gotten multiple as well. @_@

I have both, but approve of this. I've seen a lot of people hardly getting to roll on it and never getting the thing, it's rather sad... :C They're always increasing the EX Primals' mount rate, maybe this can be a thing? >_>"

Agreed on this-- I've seen more ponies drop than I've seen both minions combined (only seen each minion twice ever). When you add in the fact that you're rolling against 23 other people for them, the chance of getting one is abysmally low.
