Well, it happens that some BLM/SMN likes to heal themselves, but they usually do it so wrong that's it's hard to keep watching... As in Health at 80% and the mage spamming cure thrice to reach 100%, where a single one or even best, a regen, would suffice. Some are expert at this, and when it's going far beyond limits and having a large impact on dps, yes, I also tell them to stop. They usually understand my point and apologize for it being a bad habit that they caught after so many "solo-contents". All that, when healing isn't intensive...
On other sides, when I'm being overwhelmed by raises, curing other party's dudes galore, then yeah, more than welcome if you can spare me a few cures
The BRD point who can't play songs. I see that everyday in WoD. My last run today, as a whm. We had a fast-puller. The scholar didn't make it in time to enter the battlezone and I ended up solo-healing my tank who was beig MT (War). The first boss already was a pain, even with two healers available, we managed to get those waves by the adds because of lack of dps. Imagine what happened against the 5-headed dragons.
As a MT, the tank regularly asked for GOAD (we had 2 nin), which he received... after 1 minute of waiting ans asking many times.
As soon as I realized I'd be solo, I asked my fellows to pay extra attention so they would try to dodge more (which was clearly not their forte) and so that the tank would try to use his CD well (which he did very well).
Half way throughh the fight, I had already reached about a dozen of raises. That + healing MT, and despite Saint of Shroud, I was already running low in mana. I asked for manasong with the auto translate (it never came - and neither did Requiem or Peon at all) Heatwave came at 30%, was around 1000 MP and counting on every free cast already, had given up hope upon receiving a song... The last dps was a drg, so I asked everyone to "gather" + "Mantra" (both auto translated too) hoping he would get the hint. Didn't get that either. Believe it or not, they ALL kept attacking during heatwave. Bard died first, followed closely by the two Nins.
After a few seconds, got a message pop in my chat log [Bard : "Raise?"] . Hell NO, you're good as dead - I thought.

Seriously one of the roughest runs of that dungeon I have ever experienced.
