To me we already have semi Time Mages in Thaumaturge (Swiftcast, Teleport in Aetherial Manipulation, Slow in Lethargy) and Scholar with Selene. That said I'd welcome the job, it was always one of my favorites.

And I've kinda got a personal X-files paranoia/conspiracy theory going on that Alphinaud and Alisae are rocking Time Mage AF. Sure they may claim Arcanima, but that clock motif and their grandfather's whole time travel magic? Yeah....

Wouldn't surprise me if Time Mage was an NPC only job, mostly used for unique badassery and plot purposes. But Astrologian, while they have "Space" magic, remind me more of like... Ogre Battle. Tarot cards that have unique powers. Each spell pulls a particular tarot card from the deck, mixed with a little of the wielders personal power, to create its effects. I'm hoping there's a kind of gamble spell where you yank out a random card and it has some kind of effect, a buff/debuff/magic attack/heal.
