Where is the Heavensward Benchmark?

Ya know the Collector's Edition includes a free Fantasia. In case you didn't know..makes sense to just get CE if your going to change races.
Only 10$ more than the price of standard edition plus a fantasia... and that way you also get the mount/helm/minion!

But you can race change to Au Ra in early access if you already have fantasia otherwise you have to wait till official launch to change cause thats when you get the goodies in game as as they said they were ready for early access I suppose they want to change asap
