    Leveling is extremely casual and trivial already in this game. Anyone who even starts new should be able to get access to these new jobs easily in 1-2 weeks of casual play. And that is assuming the person is truly new and taking into account the week and half to get use to the game and mechanics. Most people will have a maxed out new job within 3-4 days.

    If anything having some obstacles is more healthy for the long term play of a game.
