Title Restoration for 1.0 Achievements

I made a report on Tuesday including the names of my missing titles, got a message back on Wednesday to include my character name and server name (I've never changed or transferred either?), sent that in and got a reply that they'd report it to the proper authorities on Wednesday, and I haven't heard anything back since then.

Should I send another report in?

Greetings, Sasha!

Since we do not have a FAQ dedicated to this at this time, the best means of submitting a call about this is by taking the following steps:

1. In the System menu, select "Support & Information".
2. Search for "Achievement" in the FAQ. This will not yield any results.
3. Press the "Support Team" button to submit a GM Call.
4. For question 1, choose "In-Game". For question 2, choose "Other".
5. For the type, put in something along the lines of "1.0 Achievements".
6. In the body, list the achievements you feel that you should have on your character that are not currently there.
7. Select "Finish" to review the call details. Select "Send" if the details are correct.

I will add some information to this to help speed this along hopefully.

When filling in the body of your report, make sure to include the following: Character Name 1.0, Character Name 2.0, World From 1.0, World From 2.0, List the missing titles.

The whole process took a few days so be patient with the responses. I was helped by Gm Emdub today (thanks again) and I noticed something else, I was actually missing 2.0 titles as well, talking to Jonathas apparently didn't unlock them for me. So be sure to double check all your titles. I now have all of the titles I am supposed to have.

Made a ticket and got my titles within the day. I assume some kind of policy shift has occured, because last year I was told by GM that the titles I already had was all that I was ever gonna get. So this unexpected resolution made me a very happy kitten indeed.
