    There been a couple threads about this, in one of the threads someone posted a chat from a amazon CS of them saying they had no pre-order codes.

    After my last experience just trying to get this game through the SE store, I don't care if I get the bonuses or not. Amazon all the way. From my experience with Amazon, they don't list the pre-order bonuses with a product until they're 100% sure they have the licensing to do so and it's closer to release/they have the official price point. I wouldn't worry unless it's May and it's still not mentioned in writing that Amazon gives those goods with a preorder. Amazon can be snails with product description.
