Heavensward digital pre-order on Amazon.com

when I go to amazon.com and check the digital edition pre-order I get page with no ability to pre-order.
this is on the page.
Note: Currently, this item is available only to customers located in the United States and who have a U.S. billing address.
but I am located in the U.S. and have a U.S. billing address.
is the ability to pre-order just not there yet? or is this a problem I'm going to have to make a fuss with amazon about?

I should clerify.
on the pre-order page the blue square with the yellowish blue button to pre-order that is normally located in the upper right hand corner of the page does not show for me. it shows on the physical edition which I will consider if I don't see it on the digital edition in a day or 2.

note: I'm not going to post a link as it isn't hard to find it, if you wish to see if it shows for you please go to amazon.com and search heavensward currently they only show 2 listings, the physical one for PC/PS3/PS4 and the digital one for windows.

I would have ordered it on the SE store but I was givin an amazon gift card to buy it with >_>

update: the ability to preorder the heavensward digital non ce edition is now available on amazon.com as of 8:23 PM EST

It not saying you don't have a US address it just a standard message saying only people in the US can buy it.

the pre-oder is now up but they didn't send me a pre order code ;~;
oh well, guess I have to wait. can't enter the code for it in the mogstation for a few months anyway right?

Anyone know, if Amazon will have preorder codes for heavensward, im interested in buying it with them since i got a gift card waiting, but i dont want to buy something and not get the preorder code. For some reason, the CS of amazon.com is really bad and they blantly say they arent giving preorder bonus, nor know if they will ever have

The the different sites I have seen only the SE official store had mention getting pre-order bonuses.

So basicly if we want to play in the early release, we have to buy it through the SE store, kinda sucks

For the original 2.0 release I preordered and bought the digital version off Amazon and got the preorder bonus items as well as the early access.

Also I was able to preorder the digital regular version of Heavensward off Amazon right after the release date announcement, actually a bit before that iirc.
Edit: Looking at the original post date and when Amazon preorders for the digital version became available, yep that is correct. They went up March 16.

Preorder codes from Amazon have not gone out yet, but from my experience Amazon tends to wait until closer to the release of a game before sending out such codes.

But that wouldn't stop them from saying on their pre-order page that you would get one someone even posted chat from a amazon support chat with the rep telling them they had no information about any early access or pre-order codes be given out by them.

Which basicly means they arent going to offer the preorder code, which is really stupid, besides the fact that less people will buy from they, is kinda unfair for those that cant buy it through the SE store
